Ms. Asante-Ashong is a Lecturer in the History and Geography department at Grambling State University. She is a Ghanaian immigrant and serves as a referee for the African Review journal. Ms. Asante-Ashong is a member of the Ghana Geographical Association, Ghana National Association of Teachers, and American Association of Geographers.
